Since November 1, 2009, the IMI has welcomed a PhD candidate in surgery, granted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) promoting academic cooperation under joint-training programs at world-class universitie. Dr. Qing Yuan will pursue, in the team of Véronique Flamand at the Institute of Medical Immunology, a thesis initiated in the Organ Transplanter Center of the Changzheng Hospital at the Second Military Medical University of Shanghai, on the understanding of immune mechanisms involved in the graft rejection in transplantation. This doctoral thesis will be co-directed within the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Shanghai University. | |
