The Head Immunology Plateform, Laurence Van Overtvelt, and the R&D Director, Philippe Moingeon, of Stallergenes (Antony, France) visited The Institute for Medical Immunology and the research center BIOVALLEE on friday the 5th of December. On this occasion, Philippe Moingeon gave a common seminar IMI-BIOVALLEE entitled: "Induction of regulatory lymphocytes by sublingual immunotherapy: from mice to humans".
Michel Goldman, Bruno Nortier and Tony Lahoutte then introduced the new Imaging Center of the Biopole to the visitors. This center aims at delivering preclinical R&D services to biomedical industry, in the field of inflammation and transplantation.

The Group's activities focus on research into allergy, and the development, production and distribution of allergen extracts for curative treatment of allergic rhinitis and asthma.
