In order to efficiently translate discoveries from bench to beside, the Institute is based on multidisciplinary team gathering together medical doctors and basic scientists. It works in close connection with university hospitals and is involved in pre-competitive clinical research projects.

Projects are organised along 4 research programs addressing key questions in medical immunology.
